DTC Newsletter collaborated with Claire from 2021 to 2023 to develop brand voice and tone guidelines, offer editing and creative direction services, and mentor their in-house team of writers. This work helped scale DTC from two sends per week to five and grow its subscriber base by over 50,000 readers.
